Delivery time varies depending on the product and personalization effort, usually between 2 and 3 business days.
6. How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your order value and delivery address. For orders over 79€, we offer free shipping. Shipping within Germany costs 5.90 €. You can find the costs for international shipping under this link.

7. Can I return or exchange items?
Yes, within the statutory withdrawal period, you can return your order, but special conditions apply to personalized items:
- Personalized items: These are excluded from exchange unless there is a production or quality defect.
- Complaints: If there are defects (e.g., printing errors, damage), please contact us immediately with a photo and order number so we can offer you a quick solution.

Because we act with heart for animals & the environment. If a box is still sturdy and clean, we give it a second chance – just as many of our customers have given their animals a new home. Is my order still well protected?
Absolutely. We make sure that all items arrive safely and lovingly packaged at YOUR place – with or without "wrinkles in the box".
