How do I reach customer service?

Mon–Fri from 09:00–12:00 by phone at 0155 66837068 – or anytime via WhatsApp. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

As long as your item has not yet gone into production, we will gladly try to accommodate changes/cancellations. Please contact us immediately with your order number and desired changes.

How do I find the right size for textiles?

You can find the size chart on the product page. Tip: Lay your favorite shirt flat, measure it at its widest point (directly under the armpits), and compare it with the measurements provided. If you have any questions, we'll be happy to assist you.

How long does shipping take?

Please account for production time (personalized products) + shipping time. Typically: production approx. 1–2 business days, shipping within Germany approx. 1–2 business days. During peak seasons, it may take a little longer.

Who is it delivered with?

Depending on the product, we ship with common service providers (e.g. DHL/DPD). You will receive the tracking number by email.

Do you also deliver to Packstations?

Yes, provided the chosen service provider supports this. Please enter the correct Packstation number and postal ID.

My shipment has been "announced" but isn't moving. What should I do?

Unfortunately, this usually indicates a problem with the shipping service provider. Please contact us – we will check immediately and send a replacement as soon as possible if needed.

My package arrived damaged.

Please photograph the package & product (inside/outside) and contact us with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or solution – without complications. If the package is lost or damaged, we may ask you to fill out a form for the insurance. We thank you for your understanding in advance.

Wrong item/personalization?

We're sorry about that. Please send us photos and the order number – we will correct the error as quickly as possible and deliver the correct items.

Can I return personalized products?

Personalized items are custom-made for you and are therefore excluded from returns. Of course, this does not apply if there is a defect – in that case, we will find a solution.

How do I properly care for personalized textiles/prints?

Please note the information on the product page. General: wash inside out, moderate temperatures, no tumble dryer, no fabric softener – this way it stays beautiful for a long time.

Can I change the delivery address later?

If it hasn't been shipped yet: yes, please contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot make any changes.

Data Protection – what happens to my photos/personalizations?

We use your data exclusively for order processing. For details, please refer to our privacy policy.
