What size fits my door?
Our recommendation: for doors up to 1 meter wide, the 40 x 60 cm size is ideal. If your door width is between 1.0 and 1.1 meters, you can decide freely: The smaller mat looks subtle and leaves some space around it, while the larger 50 x 75 cm size fills the entrance area more generously and creates a particularly inviting impression. For door widths greater than 1.1 meters, we definitely recommend the 50 x 75 cm version so that your personal welcome message appears harmonious and is shown to its best advantage.

You choose the design during the ordering process, provide names and optionally a photo of your pet - we lovingly create your unique item. We produce in Germany in our Taunus manufactory in Waldems.
Can I check my product again before printing?
Yes, we show you a preview for selected products. Please check all details carefully – changes are not possible after production.
How do I properly care for personalized products?
Our products are not only lovingly personalized but also made for everyday use. Whether it's a dog blanket, doormat, or mug – all materials are high-quality, robust, and easy to care for. Many textiles are machine washable, prints are colorfast, and surfaces are durable. This ensures your gift stays beautiful for a long time – for many shared moments with your darling.
How long will it take for my personalized order to ship?
Production takes approx. 1-2 business days. We then ship with DHL or DPD – fast, reliable, trackable.
Can I return personalized items?
Since each product is custom-made for you, returns are only possible for manufacturing defects. Contact us – we'll find a solution.
