Where is the beanie embroidered?

The base beanie comes from Beechfield, a renowned manufacturer. The refinement with your desired design is done with great attention to detail at our Taunus Manufaktur in Germany.
Is the beanie washable?

Yes, the beanie is washable at 40°C – perfect for everyday life with your dog, even in bad weather or during outdoor adventures.
Why do the special colors neon yellow, neon pink, silver, and gold cost extra?

The surcharge covers the higher material costs on our end. Neon colors such as neon yellow and neon pink require special, highly pigmented materials that we have to purchase at a higher price. Therefore, we charge a surcharge of €2 for these.

Metallic colors such as silver and gold contain special effect pigments that create the metallic luster. These materials are even more expensive for us to purchase. The surcharge for these is €3.
How long will it take for my personalized order to ship?

Production takes approximately 1-2 business days. Afterwards, we ship with DHL – fast, reliable, trackable.
