During the ordering process, you select your desired design and provide names and – depending on the product – a photo of your pet. This way, we create your unique personalized item with great care. Your personalized products are manufactured in Germany in our Taunus manufactory in Waldems.
Can I check my product again before printing?
Yes, we show you a preview for selected products. Please check all details carefully – changes are not possible after production.
How do I properly care for personalized products?
Our products are not only lovingly personalized but also made for everyday use. Whether it's a dog blanket, doormat, or mug – all materials are high-quality, robust, and easy to care for. How long will it take for my personalized order to ship?
Production takes approx. 1-2 business days. We then ship with DHL or DPD – fast, reliable, trackable.
Can I return personalized items?
Since each product is custom-made for you, returns are only possible for manufacturing defects. Contact us – we'll find a solution.
