Yes, we show you a preview for selected products. Please check all details carefully – changes are not possible after production.
How do I properly care for personalized products?
Our products are not only lovingly personalized but also made for everyday use. Whether it's a dog blanket, doormat, or mug – all materials are high-quality, robust, and easy to care for. Many textiles are machine washable, prints are colorfast, and surfaces are durable. This ensures your gift stays beautiful for a long time – for many shared moments with your darling.
How long will it take for my personalized order to ship?
Production takes approx. 1-2 business days. We then ship with DHL or DPD – fast, reliable, trackable.
Can I return personalized items?
Since each product is custom-made for you, returns are only possible for manufacturing defects. Contact us – we'll find a solution.

Yes, absolutely. If you have a special personalization request, simply write to us before or directly after placing your order. We will individually check what is possible and do our best to create your desired product exactly as you envision it.
